Scheduled Service Calls
$120 per hour + Applicable Service Call Fee

Scheduled service calls include RV Repair & Installs, RV Maintenance, & RV Education Services. Our goal is to accommodate all service calls promptly. During peak demand periods (summer months), service call requests will be added to our waitlist, and will be scheduled as quickly as possible. To optimize efficiency and serve a larger number of customers, we organize appointments by area.

There is a one-hour minimum charge for service calls on our first visit. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Additional cost for parts and supplies needed to complete service call. Some parts may require upfront payment.

Emergency Service Calls
$250 per hour + Applicable Service Call Fee

If you are in urgent need of an appointment outside our normal business hours of 10am-6pm or cannot wait to be scheduled during peak demand periods, we may be able to accommodate you on the same day or next day, depending on our availability and length of our scheduled waiting list.

What to Expect

• Make an appointment by calling (402) 417-6415 or request an appointment using our online booking. We'll call you back within 24 hours; it's usually within 15 minutes to 2 hours. 

• We'll gather your information, do some basic diagnostics and give you a quote over the phone. 

• You'll receive a text confirmation for your scheduled appointment.

• We accept Cash, Debit, Credit or Venmo. Payment is due at time of service.
  3% fee will be added to card transactions.

• No worry guarantee! We do not charge a service call fee if we cannot fix or provide you answers about your RV.
